Rib Cook-Off: 
The Rib Cook-Off is open to any and all amateur backyard BBQ enthusiasts!  Enter as a team or as an individual.  Participants will compete for their chance to win cash prizes or the People's Choice trophy!

1st place- $450
2nd Place- $350
3rd Place- $250
People's Choice Trophy

Entry fee is only $100

10 racks of pork spare ribs will be provided (more if willing).  Cooker's are asked to bring all of their own seasonings, utensil's, BBQ, etc.  

IMPOTANT NOTE:  Please be aware that each team will be required to complete all the paperwork necessary to obtain a Temporary Health Department permit and must abide by the guidelines and requirements set forth by the Tulare County Environmental Health Services (TCEHS). 

Deadline to enter is September 24, 2015*.
*Due to the deadline requirements of the TCEHS, no late entries will be allowed.


Pioneer Days Queen Pageant:

Open to young women ages 13-18 years old.  Contestants will be required to sell pre-sale tickets.  Winner will be crowned 2015 Pioneer Days Queen and will be invited to make special appearances throughout the year.

Contestants will be judged on the following criteria:
40%- Ticket Sales
20%- Personality
20%- Oral Presentation
20%- Western Costume

Prizes:
1st place- Crown and Sash
All contestants will receive 20% of their overall ticket sales.

Pioneer Days Princess Pageant:

Open to young women ages 6-12 years old.  Contestants will be required to sell pre-sale tickets.  Winner will be crowned 2015 Pioneer Princess and will be invited to make special appearances throughout the year.

Contestants will be judged on the following criteria:
40%- Ticket Sales
20%- Personality
20%- Stage Presence
20%- Western Costume

Prizes:
1st place- Crown and Sash
All contestants will receive 20% of their overall ticket sales.

Little Miss Pioneer Days Pageant:

Open to children ages 0-5 years old.  Contestants will be required to sell pre-sale tickets.  Winner will be crowned 2015 Little Miss Pioneer Days.

Contestants will be judged on the following criteria:

20%- Personality
20%- Stage Presence
20%- Western Costume

Prizes:
1st place- Large Trophy and Sash
All contestants will receive 20% of their overall ticket sales.
