The City of Porterville Parks and Leisure Services Department invites public comment on a preliminary application for grant funds from the California State Parks Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division. The City of Porterville has submitted an application for a ground operations maintenance project relating to the City’s Off-Highway. A public review and comment period will occur between March 8, 2016 and April 4, 2016. The preliminary grant application will be available on-line for review and comment on the State OHV Division website.
