Field Services Division

The Field Services Division, under the direction of Dept. Public Works Director Bryan Styles, provides the "behind the scenes" service that keeps City of Porterville functioning.

The Field Services Division encapsulates all the public utilities provided by the city; domestic water, refuse\recycling collection, wastewater treatment, sanitary sewer services, the maintenance and repair of city vehicles and equipment and the supervision of the city's CNG fueling facility.
