LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Library Board of Trustees consists of five (5) members who are residents of the city of Porterville.  The board serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council, and are appointment by the City Council.

Members:  Ellen Nichols (Chair), Obdulia Guzman Alvarado (Vice-Chair), Joseph Carter, Catherine May and Joe Moreno.

Meeting Dates

Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month, starting at 4:30 p.m. in the Local History Room at the City Library, 41 W. Thurman Avenue.
