All Planning All the Time

Using the interacting City of Porterville Zoning Map, along with the street address or Assessor's Parcel Number (APN), you find the zoning of your property, along with general  plan designations, and additional property information.
Property setbacks vary by zoning district. Using the City of Porterville Zoning Map to locate your property, you can navigate to the zoning feature and view the PDO Standards of the property through the link. Property setbacks will be listed under the Development Standards section of your zoning district.
First, you will need to determine the zoning district your property is located in. This can be done by entering in your address or Assessor's Parcel Number in our City of Porterville Zoning Map. Once you located your property and verify the zoning, you can navigate to the zoning feature and view the PDO Standards of the property through the link. The general standards will include the permitted uses for your zoning district and related property standards.
