Before submitting for a plan check for your building permit, please refer to the attached checklists for submittal completeness. Submittals that are incomplete will be returned to the applicant and not accepted until complete.

The following permit types may be submitted via email:

• Solar (Application and plans)
• HVAC (Registered CF1R forms)
• Water Heater (CF1R forms)

Please include the required documents along with the application. You may email them to engbldg@ci.porterville.ca.us.
