Little Miss Pioneer Days
Age: 3-6 years old
Prizes:
1st place- Large Trophy and Sash
Runner Up- Sash
All contestants will receive a tiara and 20% of their overall ticket sales.

Jr. Miss Pioneer Days
Age: 7-10 years old
Prizes:
1st place- Crown and Sash
Runner Up- Sash
All contestants will receive a tiara and 20% of their overall ticket sales.

Pioneer Days Princess
Age:  11-14 years old
Prizes:
1st place- Crown and Sash
Runner Up- Sash
All contestants will receive a tiara and 20% of their overall ticket sales .

For the 2022 pageant, contestants will be judged on the following criteria:

• 20%- Personality and Introduction 
• 20%- Stage Presence
• 20%- Western Costume and Modeling
• 40%- Ticket Sales

Rules and Regulations:
Failure to follow or comply with these rules may result in a disqualification.

1. Mandatory Parent/ Guardian Meeting: Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 5:30PM at the Centennial Plaza Conference Room, 15 E. Thurman Ave., Suite D.  Tickets will be distributed at this meeting.  Children need not be present.
2. Pageants will be held on October 8, 2022 between the hours 11AM-3PM in Downtown Porterville during the Annual Pioneer Days & Rib Cook-off event.
3. All contestants will be required to pre-sell tickets.  All monies and tickets are property of the City of Porterville.
4. Each contestant will earn 20% of their overall ticket sales paid back to them at the pageant.  (The more tickets they sell, the more they earn for themselves)   The 20% is a THANK YOU for their fundraising efforts for the Zalud House Museum. 
5. Ticket stubs and money can be turned into the Parks & Leisure Services office Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
6. Additional tickets will be given out only after all other money and stubs have been collected and recorded. 
7. A limited amount of tickets will be allowed to be checked out at one time.
8. Final ticket/ money collection:  Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 1PM.  Anything turned in after the deadline will not count towards the contestants 40% score or 20% earnings.
9. Any age division that does not have at least two contestants will be subject to cancellation.
