DEVELOPMENT UPDATE: WIENERSCHNITZEL AND MORE FAST CHARGERS FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES COMING TO PORTERVILLE

Porterville, CA – October 19, 2023

Wienerschnitzel, the world’s largest hot dog chain, is coming to Porterville. With more than 300 locations in the U.S., Wienerschnitzel has a delicious menu that includes chili cheese fries, corn dogs and burgers in addition to the franchise’s popular hot dogs. The prime location at 1034 W. Olive Ave will offer customers easy access directly off State Route 65. The 1,472 sq. ft. drive-thru fast-food destination will also feature a 936 sq. ft. outdoor patio seating area where visitors can enjoy their meal. Business owner, Adel Joudi, also operates the Express Gas Mart next to the new development, at 1060 W. Olive Avenue. In addition to the new restaurant offerings, Mr. Joudi sought to bring increased access to fast chargers for electric vehicles to Porterville. As a result, the development will also feature two (2) DC fast charging stations to serve four (4) parking stalls. Mr. Joudi has expressed that, “he enjoys doing business in Porterville and is excited to bring something new to the community.”  

The Wienerschnitzel development is being designed by Centerline Design & Engineering, a full-service architectural and engineering firm, located in Porterville, CA. Opening for Wienerschnitzel’s Porterville location is anticipated for late summer or early fall of 2024.
